Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, project management, or a related field.
PMP certification is required and must be provided.
8+ years of progressively responsible project management experience leading complex IT programs.
Experience leading infrastructure or cybersecurity projects in change-controlled environments.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

Lead IT projects and programs from initiation to closure within scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, vendors, and stakeholders.
Identify risks and issues, escalate with recommended solutions, and drive timely decisions.
Plan milestones, dependencies, resources, and implementation schedules; manage status reporting.
Drive cryptographic keys and certificate lifecycle initiatives from planning through rollout.
