Job summary

Gal Manufacturing, a Vantage Elevation Company, seeks an IT Business Architect to bridge business strategy with enterprise systems. You will translate needs into scalable requirements across ERP, CPQ, and CRM platforms.

You will lead the Business Analysis and IT QA teams, guide process improvements, and coordinate with executives to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in business analysis/architecture roles, including manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years leading or managing a team across BA/QA disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with ERP (Infor Visual), CPQ (Tacton), and CRM (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Document current and future-state processes, capability maps, and value streams.
• Translate business needs into system requirements across ERP, CPQ, CRM, and adjacent apps.
• Identify gaps and automation opportunities aligned with standards.
• Lead and mentor the Business Analysis team and the IT QA team.
• Collaborate with executives and architects to drive enterprise project delivery.
