The Senior IT Accessibility Specialist will guide Section 508 policy, coordinate with DLA, and ensure compliant software and documentation across the lifecycle, including testing and remediation.

Qualifications

• Five years in a Section 508 compliance program office.
• Two years creating policy and integrating guidelines.
• Three years evaluating and remediating official documents for Section 508 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance on Section 508 policy and compliance.
• Draft and maintain Section 508 policy documents.
• Consult on software/hardware delivery for 508 conformant products.
• Collaborate with development teams to review 508 test results.
• Deliver training on 508 content development and remediation.
