Job summary
ClearLync is seeking a Senior InsuranceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement InsuranceNow solutions for leading P&C clients. This role focuses on custom configurations, API work, and integrations within the Guidewire InsuranceNow platform.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, QA, and other developers, translating requirements into scalable, well-documented solutions while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on development with Guidewire InsuranceNow.
- InsuranceNow certification is a plus.
- Experience with InsuranceNow configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Proficiency in Java and XML and strong P&C knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement InsuranceNow solutions.
- Configure and customize InsuranceNow workflows and business processes.
- Integrate InsuranceNow with external applications and third-party systems.
- Develop and support InsuranceNow APIs and data integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, QA teams, and developers to deliver successful projects.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through best practices, testing, and documentation.
