Warrior Insurance Network is seeking a Guidewire Developer to join our team and deliver insurance products on the InsuranceNow platform. You will translate user features into design, work in an agile environment with pair programming, and contribute to CI/CD initiatives.

The role emphasizes architecture, code quality, and rapid absorption of new technologies. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Java experience, Guidewire InsuranceNow familiarity, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of Java development experience.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
• Guidewire InsuranceNow development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of API development and JavaScript.
• XML processing and relational databases (Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Version control with Git.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in software/architectural design principles.

Mansioni

• Product scoping, discovery, and translating features into system design.
• Work in an agile team with pair programming and production support.
• Develop features on the InsuranceNow platform.
• Participate in code reviews and feedback.
• Practice test-driven development for code quality.
• Collaborate with Scrum Team on requirements and options.
