Team Carney, Inc. is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer/Consultant to lead the modernization of the USPTO training curriculum.
You will oversee Training Consultation for Program Revision, analyze the existing catalog, and collaborate with SMEs to refresh pedagogy and structure. This role requires government contracting experience and a strong background in modern learning models, gamification, and AI-assisted instruction, with a track record in revising large curriculums (40+ courses
Competenze
- 6+ years of relevant professional instructional design experience.
- Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or Curriculum.
- Experience revising high-volume curriculums (prefer >40 courses).
- Expert grasp of modern learning models, gamification, and AI-assisted instruction.
- Government contracting experience and familiarity with USPTO/patent programs.
Mansioni
