Job summary

Columbus Global is seeking a seasoned Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Infor M3 Cloudsuite for Finance. You will lead and contribute to enterprise implementations, design configurations, and provide post-go-live support in collaboration with project managers, developers, and end-users.

This remote role can be located anywhere in the United States. You will configure M3 finance modules, translate requirements into designs, and guide workshops with finance leaders to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience with Infor M3, including multiple implementation/upgrade/optimization engagements in M3 finance.
• 5+ years as a finance consultant with record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, financial close, and management reporting.
• Minimum of 3 full life cycle finance implementations on Infor M3.
• Financial background with demonstrated knowledge in finance and accounting.
• Experience with data migration, intercompany, and multi-legal entities management.
• External client-facing experience with various organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance workstreams across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and support.
• Provide functional expertise for client support cases, including issue investigation and resolutions.
• Facilitate workshops with finance leaders to define future-state requirements and guide design decisions.
• Configure and advise on M3 finance capabilities (GL, AP, AR, FA, cash management, reporting, cost accounting).
• Translate business requirements into M3-compatible solution designs.
• Identify gaps, evaluate options, and communicate risks and tradeoffs.
• Support master data, data migration, integrations, reporting, security, and reconciliation.
• Provide end-user training and post go-live support.
• Maintain client relationships through high-quality service delivery.
