Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and bar admission required.
• Minimum 9 years in policy or legal roles; at least 4 years on immigrant justice.
• Experience with organizing or movement lawyering.
• Strong written/verbal communication; ability to translate complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and review legal memos and briefs; oversee production by partners.
• Lead development of policy resources, briefs, toolkits, resolutions, and curricula.
• Advise on policy/legal questions; conduct rapid-response research.
