Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is seeking a Senior BAW Software Engineer to design, develop, and support a new platform replacing legacy solutions. You will partner with an external implementation partner, architects, and cross-functional teams to build scalable workflow and decision-management solutions using IBM BAW/BPM and IBM ODM.

Responsibilities include leading platform upgrades, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-performance, reliable systems within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, developing, and supporting IBM BAW/BPM enterprise workflows.
• 3+ years IBM ODM including business rules with workflows.
• Hands-on with Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of enterprise workflow components and dashboards.
• Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and establish coding standards.
• Collaborate with architecture, QA, and infrastructure in Agile/Scrum settings.
