Amentum is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer with IAM expertise for a fully remote role in the United States. The position spans identity security, multi-cloud security, and endpoint protection. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IAM security engineering experience.
• Experience securing Entra ID, Okta, and AD in hybrid environments.
• CISSP or CISM or equivalent certification.
• Strong MFA and access-protection implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate IAM security controls across Entra ID, Okta, and AD environments.
• Translate architecture standards into working security configurations and integrations.
• Maintain IAM policies and compliance with frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171/800-172).
• Configure identity security controls and privileged access workflows.
• Serve as 2nd-level SOC escalation point for identity incidents.
• Investigate identity-related security anomalies and automate recurring tasks.
• Support audit activities with compliant configurations and evidence.
• Maintain system and process documentation including control documents.
• Provide off-hours support when needed.
• Cover other assignments as needed.
