Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Sr Cyber Security Engineer (PAM/IAM) to own identity services across Entra ID and hybrid AD, with emphasis on privileged access management and security tooling. The role partners with IT to secure infrastructure and end-user services, and supports CSIRT as a Tier 3 escalation point.

The position requires 7+ years in IT/security with 3+ years in IAM/PAM, hands-on experience with Entra ID/M365, PAM platforms, and vulnerability management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 7+ years IT/security with at least 3 years IAM/PAM in enterprise.
• Hands-on ownership of Entra ID/M365, PAM, or vulnerability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain enterprise identity services across Entra ID and hybrid AD.
• Secure endpoints and cloud services; support CSIRT as Tier 3 escalation.
• Translate control requirements into automated evidence collection and configs.
• Automate recurring identity tasks with PowerShell, Graph, and Python.
