Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer to architect and maintain enterprise IAM solutions. The role focuses on Saviynt-based identity governance, access management, and integration with AD, Entra ID, LDAP, and cloud apps.

You will design provisioning, reviews, and policy controls while collaborating with security, infra, and business teams. The position is fully remote, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IAM, IGA, or cybersecurity engineering.
• 3+ years implementing Saviynt Identity Governance.
• Experience designing identity lifecycle management (provisioning/deprovisioning/SoD).
• Experience integrating IAM with AD, Entra ID, LDAP, HR systems, databases, cloud apps.
• Development and support of apps using REST APIs, web services, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, test, enhance and support Saviynt-based IAM/IGA solutions.
• Develop and maintain connectors between Saviynt and enterprise systems (AD, Azure AD, LDAP, HR systems).
• Analyze requirements to design scalable identity lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, access reviews).
• Develop software components and automation for IAM workflows and integrations.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, web services, and ETL processes for identity data exchange.
• Engineer Saviynt security controls, data repositories, and compliance monitoring capabilities.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement improvements for IAM platform performance and reliability.
• Prepare functional specs, design docs, architecture diagrams, and operation procedures.
