Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer to lead IAM/IGA initiatives, focusing on Saviynt-based identity governance and secure access across enterprise systems. You will design and implement complex IAM solutions, build integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, HR systems, and cloud apps, and drive RBAC and SoD controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM/IGA or cybersecurity engineering experience.
• 3+ years hands-on with Saviynt Identity Governance.
• Experience integrating IAM with AD, Azure AD, LDAP, HR systems, databases and cloud apps.
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, web services, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, test, and support Saviynt IAM and IGA solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Saviynt and enterprise systems.
• Implement lifecycle management: provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, access reviews.
• Create dashboards and analytics for identity governance and security metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM with enterprise architecture.
• Support security audits and regulatory compliance.
