TEKsystems is seeking a Sr. IAM Engineer to work 100% remotely in the United States. This expert-level contractor will lead hands-on UNIX/Linux IAM operations, coach teammates, and drive operational standards while remaining deeply engaged in daily production support and incident response.

Responsibilities include managing Centrify/Delinea, LDAP, OpenVMS, and privileged access, plus scripting and automation to improve reliability. Full ET time overlap and on-call rotation are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UNIX/Linux infrastructure experience
• 5+ years of UNIX/Linux IAM experience in a complex enterprise
• 2+ years as a technical lead, Sr. SME, mentor, or process owner
• Strong UNIX/Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with Centrify or Delinea, LDAP, privileged access, and non-human accounts
• Knowledge of SSH key and password-management processes
• Scripting or automation using shell, Python, or similar
• Experience with production support, incident management, audit, and compliance
• Experience using Jira and ServiceNow
• Ability to coach team members and define operational processes and documentation standards
• Strong leadership, ownership, organization, documentation, and communication skills
• Full availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and on-call willingness

Responsabilités

• Support and troubleshoot IAM services in UNIX/Linux environments
• Support Centrify/Delinea, LDAP proxy, OpenVMS, BART, and privileged access management services
• Manage human and non-human accounts, SSH keys, and password processes
• Develop scripts and automation to improve efficiency and reliability
• Lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and vulnerability remediation
• Manage incidents and requests in Jira and ServiceNow per priorities and targets
• Support audit, compliance, control validation, and evidence requests
• Coach and train team members with hands-on guidance
• Define and improve team processes, roles, ownership, escalation paths, and quality standards
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles
• Partner with IAM, infrastructure, application, security, risk, and audit teams
• Participate in on-call production support
