Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Security Engineer for a fully remote position (rec 13810). The role supports enterprise security platforms, IAM, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR, and cloud security across large environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Linux deployment, scripting, automation (Python/PowerShell/Bash), and API integrations via SDKs and web services is required. W2 only, 12-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• For degree, IT/CS/SE/InfoSec related field as stated.
• 8+ years of experience may substitute for education as allowed.
• 5+ years supporting large IT environments, security systems, and deployments.
• Hands-on security engineering across multiple cyber tech and operations.
• Experience integrating enterprise technologies via APIs, SDKs, and web services.
• Linux deployment, configuration, patching, scripting, monitoring, lifecycle management.
• Automation/workflows using Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST, JSON, YAML, SDKs.
• Experience with IAM, DSPM, ASM, vulnerability mgmt, email/security, SIEM/SOAR, cloud security.
• Strong enterprise security architecture, incident response, networking, access control.
