Rakuten Kobo Inc. in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Sr. HR Business Process Optimization Specialist to advise HR teams on process improvements.

You will diagnose inefficiencies, map state, and design future-state solutions using Lean/Six Sigma while building sustainable governance and documentation across regions. You will lead workshops, drive end-to-end engagements, and enable HR functional teams to own changes with strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Formación

• 5–7 years of process improvement or internal consulting within HR.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification required (Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred).
• Strong facilitation skills; able to guide stakeholders to actionable outcomes.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and HR process controls.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR teams to assess current processes, identify inefficiencies and design future-state solutions.
• Lead workshops, map processes, define roadmaps and transfer ownership to HR teams.
• Create process governance, controls, SOPs and auditable documentation across regions.
