Rakuten International is seeking a Manager, HRBP Data & Analytics to lead a data-first analytics capability for the HRBP organization. You will design dashboards, predictive analytics, and executive-ready analyses to enable proactive HR and business decisions.

The role blends hands-on analytics with scalable systems, reports, and AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with HRBP Ops to measure ROI, benchmark workforce trends, and build self-serve analytics for HRBPs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in an analytical or HR-related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, BI, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards and reporting solutions (Workday reporting, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics, or similar).
• Experience with Workday HCM data structures and reporting.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday HCM, including data structures and reporting.
• Track record of ROI and impact analysis for programs or initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting data to executive audiences.
• Ability to independently extract and analyze HRIS data from source systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver analytics informing HR and executive decisions across the organization.
• Build scalable predictive analytics with market data to anticipate workforce needs.
• Partner to evaluate HR products/projects, building ROI models and feedback loops.
• Translate data into narratives for executive decisions and go/no-go investments.
• Create bespoke dashboards and reporting infrastructure for HRBPs and executives.
• Act as embedded analytical resource within the HRBP team and ensure data accessibility.
