Advito, the consulting division of BCD Travel, is seeking a Senior Consultant for Hotel Spend Management. This role is remote within the United States and requires leading complex engagements, data analysis, and executive communications to optimize hotel programs.

You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, developing insights and guiding decision making to maximize savings and program performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing consulting, customer success, on-property hotel operations or sales.
• Experience leading complex projects or engagements with strategy, stakeholders, and executive deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex hotel spend management engagements with strategy, scope, timelines, and governance.
• Analyze travel and hotel program data to identify trends, savings, risks, and efficiencies.
• Present insights clearly to clients and guide decision-making and change.
• Maintain accurate project information, plans, and activities using PM and CRM tools.
• Lead teams across internal and external stakeholders to deliver client-ready deliverables.
• Create reports and executive-level deliverables with data accuracy and visual quality.
