Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Consultant to support large-scale healthcare payer transformation and modernization initiatives. You will work with business and technology teams to deliver integration, migration, and implementation solutions across core payer platforms, including Claims, Enrollment, and Billing.

You will leverage Oracle PL/SQL, SQL development, and data analysis skills to design and implement scalable solutions, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare payer technology, systems integration, or platform implementation initiatives.
• Strong healthcare payer domain knowledge in Claims Processing, Enrollment, Provider Management, Billing, Finance, and related operations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL development and database programming.
• Strong SQL development, data analysis, and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with large-scale systems integration, migration, or modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement healthcare payer system integrations across multiple applications and platforms.
• Support migration and modernization initiatives including data conversion and transformation with SQL Server and Oracle environments.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL solutions, data integration components, and database processes.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Participate in system integration testing, defect resolution, deployment activities, and production support.
• Support end-to-end healthcare payer business processes across Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Billing, Finance, and Member Operations.
