Guidehouse is seeking Consultants with foundational experience in healthcare claims data to support analyses and audits across Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and Commercial payers. You will build dashboards and visualize trends, translate requirements for analytics tools, and collaborate with internal teams to drive client deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience with datasets, strong SQL/Python/R skills, and an interest in health reform; remote work is available with onsite 2–3

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years’ professional experience, incl. 1+ year with datasets to derive insights and 1+ year collaborating with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R and basic dashboards/data visualizations.
• Exposure to healthcare data analytics and claims data.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality deliverables.
• Interest in state health agencies, Medicare/Medicaid, VA, and healthcare reform.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Analyze claims data across Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and commercial payers.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize claims trends and audit findings.
• Gather business and technical requirements for claims audits and post‑payment analysis.
• Support policy discussions with research and findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Assist with project management activities and client interactions.
