Job summary

Premier, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead and contribute to healthcare performance-improvement engagements across client teams. You will perform billable work, guide data analyses, and develop recommendations and deliverables for executive audiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration, project management, and ongoing education within Premier’s Advisory Services, with significant travel within the US. A strong background in data analytics and client interaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written) to client audiences to communicate project outcomes, recommendations, and strategy
• Ability to conduct analyses and oversee and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables
• Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner
• Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Obtain data, execute analyses, interpret results, and prepare verbal and graphic presentations for client audiences.
• Summarize analytical findings and draw insights from interviews, data analyses and observations.
• Develop recommendations and potential solutions for team leadership review and client consideration.
• Manage project workstreams, budgets, and risk/issue identification with the project leadership team.
• Create deliverables and presentations for various audiences and help implement changes.
