Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Staff Product Marketing and Enablement to own the product-to-field motion for Enterprise Password Manager, Agentic Access, and Privileged Access. You’ll equip Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers to align IT, security, and engineering needs with the right solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and Enablement, this remote role across the United States and Canada focuses on translating strategy into field assets,

Qualifications

• Experience marketing complex technical B2B products to market.
• Experience in a sales-led organization with enterprise buyers and sellers.
• Ability to build a product motion across discovery, evaluation, and purchase.
• Proven cross-functional influence with product, engineering, and GTM teams.
• Deep fluency in identity security, PAM, secrets management, or agentic access.
• Strong written and verbal communication with strategic judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement plan for Enterprise Password Manager, Agentic Access, and Privileged Access.
• Translate strategy into sales motions for IT, security, and engineering buyers.
• Create pitch decks, discovery guides, training, and field assets for discovery to expansion.
• Define portfolio fit into annual sales plays and target personas at each buying stage.
• Escalate strategic opportunities, join customer conversations, and coach sellers on technical questions.
• Collaborate with Technical Marketing and Demo Engineering to map demos to plays and context.
• Measure field readiness and provide recommendations to Product, Product Marketing, and senior leadership.
