Indivisible Project is seeking a Senior Group Fundraising Associate to support group leaders in the distributed fundraising program. You will ensure compliant fundraising, provide guidance, and help groups spend funds through our national entity.

This role emphasizes organized processes and proactive problem solving. You will collaborate with staff across departments, maintain accurate records, and help groups maximize resources while upholding Indivisible's mission and equity commitments.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in nonprofit fundraising.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage program communications with Indivisible group leaders and treasurers.
• Partner with legal, finance, and program staff to ensure compliance.
• Develop review, approval, and spending-tracking processes for participants.
• Coordinate funding transfers and administrative processes for groups.
• Develop trainings and resources for using the distributed fundraising program.
• Support team-wide movement support efforts.
