Job summary

Echelon Risk + Cyber is seeking a Senior Risk Advisory Consultant to lead cybersecurity risk engagements from scoping through delivery. You will develop client roadmaps, craft policies and reports, and advise on governance, risk, and compliance across frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOC, and HIPAA.

The role emphasizes collaboration with client leadership, incident response planning, and business development support, with a remote-first setup across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with emphasis on governance, risk, and compliance
• Experience leading engagements from scoping to delivery
• Knowledge of multiple frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC, PCI, HIPAA, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity risk and maturity assessments (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CMMC)
• Develop roadmaps to enhance client maturity with IT leadership
• Create client reports, presentations, and analytics
• Draft proposals, budgets, and project work plans
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal methodologies
