Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior GRC & Compliance Manager to own and run our security compliance program. You will lead external audits, manage evidence, remediation, and control ownership across business, technology, HR, and finance.

You will drive the PCI cycle, establish an AI Governance program, and coordinate with auditors to ensure readiness. This role requires strong governance, communication, and program-management skills for a year-round compliance program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security governance, risk, compliance, or audit experience.
• Hands-on experience managing SOC 2 or comparable security audits, including control mapping, evidence collection, and remediation.
• Strong understanding of IT controls across IAM, change management, vulnerability management, incident response, logging and monitoring, backup and recovery, third-party risk, and governance.
• Experience coordinating control activities across technical and business teams.
• Ability to evaluate evidence and determine if controls operated as expected.
• Strong project and program management skills with deadlines, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ability to explain audit/compliance issues clearly to technical teams and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational execution for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, FISMA, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS across the org.
• Own day-to-day execution of Security and AI Risk & Governance programs.
• Maintain a consolidated mapping of audit requirements and controls across in-scope units.
• Assign and maintain clear control ownership across key stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate evidence requests, reviews, and status updates with external auditors.
• Identify gaps and drive remediation plans with owners, dates, and escalation paths.
• Establish annual compliance calendar to manage controls year-round.
