Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior GRC & Compliance Manager to own and operate the company’s security compliance program, including audits, evidence collection, and remediation.

You will drive PCI-DSS cycles, establish an AI Governance program, and coordinate with control owners, auditors, and leaders across the organization.

This role moves compliance from annual audits to a year-round program with clear ownership, calendars, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security governance, risk, compliance, or audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, FISMA, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS activities.
• Own day-to-day Security and AI Risk & Governance programs.
• Maintain consolidated mapping of audit requirements and controls across in-scope units.
• Assign control ownership across business, technology, security, HR, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate evidence requests, samples, follow‑up questions, and remediation with auditors.
