Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior GRC & Compliance Manager to own and operate the company’s security compliance program.

This role handles SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, FISMA, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS across the organization, with emphasis on PCI audit cycles and AI governance. You will coordinate evidence, remediation, and auditor requests, driving a year‑round program and continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security governance, risk, compliance, or audit.
• Hands-on experience managing SOC 2 or comparable security audits.
• Strong understanding of security controls across IAM, change, vulnerability, incident, logging, backup, third-party risk, and governance.
• Ability to coordinate control activities across technical and business teams.
• Ability to critically evaluate evidence to show control operation.
• Strong project and program management skills with deadlines and escalations.
• Excellent communication to technical teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s compliance program, including security frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and HITRUST.
• Lead day-to-day security and AI risk governance program activities.
• Maintain consolidated audit requirement mappings and control ownership.
• Coordinate evidence collection, validation, and auditor correspondence.
• Develop annual compliance calendars and continuous testing processes.
• Partner with Security, IT, Legal, HR, Finance, Internal Audit and business teams to improve control maturity.
