HelloKindred is seeking an Ad Hoc Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director to provide creative support on a remote, project-based basis. The engagement averages 5–10 hours per week and can extend beyond three months depending on workload and performance.

The role entails leading conceptual development, creative direction, and visual identity work for B2B and corporate campaigns. Work is remote with potential to collaborate across time zones, especially North America.

Qualifications

• Strong conceptual design and art direction experience.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and lead creative concepts.
• Portfolio demonstrates strategic thinking and photography selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B conceptual design and art direction with Design Director.
• Develop visual identities for events, campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Provide overflow creative support and manage workload across projects.
