Harvard University in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Grant and Contracts Specialist to review, approve, and sign proposals while partnering with Principal Investigators and administrative staff to ensure sponsorship requirements are met.

You will manage complex submissions, maintain compliance with university policies, and contribute to training and process improvements within the Proposal Review Team. A strong background in sponsored research is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting applications.
• Experience working with faculty and department administrators; sponsor experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with staff, researchers and faculty with discretion and diplomacy.

Responsabilidades

• Review, approve, and sign proposals.
• Respond to sponsor requests.
• Liaise with Principal Investigators, collaborators, and department administrator colleagues and central offices to ensure applications meet requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
