Adlantica seeks a senior, hands-on Google Ads strategist who can independently manage and scale complex lead-generation and ecommerce accounts. You will optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, identify growth opportunities, and translate performance data into sound business recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on paid advertising experience with Google Ads
• Expert knowledge of Google Search, bidding, automation, and Performance Max
• Proven success in lead generation and ecommerce campaigns
• Strong tracking and measurement skills: GA4, GTM, conversions
• Excellent written and spoken English; remote work with US Central Time overlap

Aufgaben

• Own strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads and Meta Ads for multiple client accounts
• Develop acquisition strategies across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen
• Monitor performance, investigate causes, and adjust campaigns
• Independently design experiments across campaigns, keywords, match types, audiences, and landing pages
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and Account Director
