Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to join a global CRO supporting clinical development programs across Cardiovascular, Hepatology/Liver Disease, Obesity, and potentially Dermatology. You will lead global clinical trials, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure timelines and deliverables are achieved.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences or related field and extensive global clinical project management experience in pharma/biotech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management, Life Sciences, or related field
• Extensive global clinical project management experience in pharma/biotech or CRO
• Experience in Cardiovascular, Hepatology/Liver Disease, Obesity, Dermatology is beneficial
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex trials

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of global clinical trials across specified therapeutic areas
• Oversee cross-functional teams, set scope, timelines, and project strategy
• Manage documentation, risk, and issue resolution to meet milestones
• Mentor team members and drive operational excellence in clinical project management
