Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing Clinical Research Organization supporting global clinical development programs. The Project Manager will oversee the execution of clinical trials from startup through closeout, serving as the primary liaison between sponsors and internal study teams while driving project timelines, quality, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical research experience with exposure to multiple phases of clinical trials.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and CRO operations.
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary liaison for sponsors and internal study teams; provide study updates and address risks and issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Data Management, Safety, and external vendors to deliver studies.
• Oversee study timelines, plans, enrollment progress, site performance, and milestones from startup through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and change orders to support profitability and client objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements, regulatory standards, and audit/inspection readiness.
