Job summary

Riot Games is seeking a Senior Game Product Manager for Riftbound to lead strategy and direction for a growing collectible card game. You will partner with design, insights, and cross-functional teams to shape live operations and sustained player value.

You will guide audiences, leverage data, and prototype new features while mentoring teammates and collaborating with narrative and art to deliver holistic player experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional game product management.
• Broad product design experience.
• Experience serving audience needs on live games.
• Mentoring / people management experience.
• Knowledge of data-driven decision making and prototyping processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand the relevant audiences for the game, calibrate expertise to reflect audience taste.
• Use data to identify opportunities to improve game health through product design.
• Articulate scope and depth of possible solutions and collaboratively reach the best one.
• Discover solutions conceptually through prototyping and collaboration.
• Improve design frameworks and collaborate across design, insights, product, narrative and art.
• Openly share work and seek feedback from others to calibrate design direction.
