3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our engineering team on high-impact client programs.

You will design and deliver enterprise-grade applications using Angular and .NET Core, lead technical discussions, mentor peers, and collaborate with product, QA, design, and DevOps in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

This role emphasizes strong code quality, cloud deployment on AWS, and driving end-to-end features from concept to production.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise-grade web apps with Angular and .NET Core.
• Strong Angular expertise: reusable components, reactive forms, RxJS, NgRx, monorepo.
• Backend experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, auth, security.
• Experience with SQL Server/MySQL, performance tuning.
• Cloud experience on AWS for scalable systems.
• Knowledge of event-driven patterns, CI/CD and Docker.
• Collaborative with Product/QA/Design/DevOps to deliver features.
• Mentoring juniors and leading design discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate project status and recommendations with client stakeholders.
• Build client code that is efficient, testable, scalable, and secure.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
• Gather requirements and present features to clients.
• Drive delivery within defined architecture and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to resolve pain points.
• Mentor teammates through Communities of Practice.
• Lead technical design discussions and PoC evaluations.
