Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking a Senior Full Stack & M&S Developer to support large-scale digital products for government clients in supply chain, logistics, and sustainment. You will lead a team of developers, translate mission needs into technical plans, and ensure timely delivery of complex analytics-driven applications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field such as math, physics, OR, engineering, data analytics, or similar.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations research, inventory management, or related fields.
• 10+ years using analytic tools like Python, SQL, Tableau for data exploration and analysis.
• Experience with Cloud computing services such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience leading small to medium technical teams to deliver analytical products and analyses.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear findings, risk statements, and actionable recommendations.
• Active Secret Clearance and willingness for travel (approx. 5%).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary integrator across platform engineering, data engineering, analytics, modeling and simulation, and supply chain SMEs.
• Translate mission and user needs into product requirements, backlog priorities, and delivery plans.
• Support design, development, testing, and maintenance of full‑stack web applications.
• Architect and maintain new supply chain models for inventory, supplier risk, and logistics optimization.
• Lead a team of mid-level and junior developers and SMEs to meet project needs.
• Coordinate with government, industry, and internal stakeholders to gather information and validate findings.
• Help ensure platform maturation across data integration, application development, UX, and decision support.
