Job summary

Coreforce is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build features across a React/TypeScript frontend and a Go backend that powers real-time dispatch operations for public safety use cases.

You will develop WebSocket-driven systems, integrate GIS mapping, and optimize performance in a multi-tenant environment while collaborating with Product, Implementation, and Operations teams. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript in production at scale.
• Backend development experience in Go or similar compiled language.
• Strong state management experience with Redux or equivalent.
• Production debugging experience and on-call readiness.
• AWS experience in production environments.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools to accelerate development and generate production-ready code.

Responsibilities

• Develop features across a React/TypeScript frontend and Go backend serving realtime dispatch operations.
• Build and optimize WebSocket-driven systems that track units, calls, and incidents as they happen.
• Work with GIS integrations—map layers, real-time graphics, location-based workflows.
• Improve performance in a complex frontend with significant state management requirements.
• Extend multi-tenant architecture serving agencies with varying permission and data isolation needs.
• Debug and resolve issues in production systems that operate 24/7/365.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Operations teams to deliver on agency commitments.
