Throne Labs in the United States is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end across our API (Node.js), web dashboard (React/Next.js), and mobile app (React Native). You will drive architecture decisions and write specs that the team implements, partnering with product to turn priorities into well-scoped work.

This high-autonomy role thrives in a fast-moving startup, with remote work within the US and minimal domestic travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial full-stack software development experience.
• 3+ years of production experience with React Native, including cross‑platform apps.
• Excellent engineering judgment and a solution-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js and Express.
• Production experience with React and Next.js; experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets) and AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, Cognito, SQS, CloudWatch).

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end across API, web, and mobile.
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear technical scope and API contracts.
• Drive architecture decisions to support increasing scale with evidence-based decisions.
• Lead feature and story refinement and assess impact of new capabilities.
• Collaborate with product to clarify priorities and convert them into deliverable tasks.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to scale scoping, code review, and ramping on new systems.
