Job summary

Betterteam is a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that streamlines recruitment and provides an intuitive experience for teams worldwide.

You will own features end to end, from idea and design through backend (Go) and frontend (React) implementation, deployment, and measurement of real-world impact. You will help bring AI into the product to enhance job post creation and smarter filtering/search, and you will design robust APIs while collaborating across a remote team.

Qualifications

• Experience across the full stack from frontend (React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) to backend (Go, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL).
• Strong UX sense and ability to make product decisions based on data and intuition.
• Experience with Git and GitHub workflows and collaborating in a remote, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end to end from idea and design through backend and frontend implementation, deployment, and measurement of impact.
• Help integrate AI into the product to improve user experience, such as job post creation and smarter candidate filtering and search.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer support to identify and prioritize high-impact work.
