Job summary

Sidecar Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own the full product experience for member-facing applications. You will ship end-to-end features, mainly in TypeScript with React and Next.js, and deploy via GitHub Actions and Vercel.

You will work with AI tools to enhance member interactions and integrate LLM-based workflows. This is a remote role with base expectations in California, Oregon, or Washington.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with full-stack ownership.
• Strong TypeScript expertise and modern web app experience.
• Experience deploying end-to-end, including CI/CD and hosting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end for member-facing web apps.
• Work primarily in TypeScript with React/Next.js across the stack.
• Own deployments end-to-end via CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and Vercel.
• Design scalable systems with performance and maintainability in mind.
• Build AI-powered member experiences by integrating LLM APIs and frameworks.
• Write clean, tested production-grade code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product/design to translate requirements into software.
• Contribute to engineering standards and tooling.
