Job summary

Sidecar Health, Inc. is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own the full product experience for the Member Experience team.

You will build and ship features across our member-facing web applications, focusing on TypeScript, React, and Next.js, while deploying via CI/CD pipelines and Vercel. You will collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into high-quality software, design scalable systems, and work with AI tooling to enhance member experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack ownership of production systems.
• Deep TypeScript expertise, with strong React and Next.js experience building modern, responsive web applications.
• Comfort owning deployments end-to-end — experience with platforms like Vercel and CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions.
• Habitual, fluent use of AI tools as part of daily workflow and familiarity with LLM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end across member-facing web applications.
• Work primarily in TypeScript and React within our stack.
• Ship confidently through CI/CD pipelines and deploy web applications on Vercel.
• Design scalable systems with attention to performance, maintainability, and speed to ship.
• Build AI-powered member experiences through API integrations and AI tooling.
