Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Architecture Team. You will shape technical direction, mentor developers, and ensure scalable, secure, and reliable systems built on Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, SQL, Azure) with Angular frontend.

You’ll drive best practices, CI/CD, DevOps, and modern design patterns (SOLID, DDD, CQRS) while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions. Remote work option with strong healthcare tech focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications on the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architectural design for scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop, design, test, and deploy cloud-based applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL, Azure, and Angular.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and Agile/CI/CD/DevOps practices.
• Write and review high-quality code with emphasis on unit/integration testing and pipelines.
• Mentor engineers across teams and promote knowledge sharing.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and solutions with cross-functional partners.
• Drive DevOps, microservices, Docker, Service Bus, Redis, and observability practices.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and design discussions.
• Contribute to platform strategy, modernization, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
