Job summary

Monks Technology Services is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a remote Latam talent pool, building production web interfaces with React, Next.js and TypeScript. You’ll craft accessible, high-performance experiences and work with design, product, and backend teams, while embracing AI-assisted coding practices.

You will contribute to end-to-end delivery, push for polished UI details, and advocate for user-centered design in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong CSS skills, responsive layouts, accessibility fundamentals, and component architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible interfaces in React/Next.js and TypeScript.
• Turn designs into clean, reusable components with solid design-system sensibilities.
• Integrate with backend APIs and handle real-world states gracefully.
• Review code, including AI-generated code, for quality and consistency.
• Maintain performance and accessibility across the product.
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to ship features end to end.
