Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or PE-backed environments.
• Experience supporting or executing M&A processes (diligence, integration, or both).
• Exposure to PE-backed companies and familiarity with investor reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across the business.
• Prepare Board and investor materials, including monthly reporting packages for PE sponsors.
