This role typically partners with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to monitor expenses, identify risks and opportunities, explain variances, and support data-driven decision-making.The Operations Financial Analyst II prepares and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for assigned operational areas. This role will work to identify financial risks, opportunities, and operational trends that may impact business performance. The position will support month-end close processes by reviewing expenses, accruals, allocations, and financial reporting outputs. The role will translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. The position will monitor operational metrics and connect them to financial outcomes. The position will recommend process improvements to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and financial visibility. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$65,000 - $88,600 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
