Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking an experienced FP&A professional for a fully remote role, partnering with senior leaders to own planning, forecasting and financial analysis that informs strategic business decisions.

You will translate financial data into actionable insights, lead operating expense planning and forecasting, and oversee planning system administration, model maintenance, and related enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in FP&A, finance, analytics or insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates meaningful reports and insightful analysis to inform decision making (40%).
• Leads plan and forecasts for operating expenses (30%).
• Planning systems administration, model maintenance, and enhancements (20%).
• Performs month end close activities including accruals, allocations and journal entries (10%).
