Job Details

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Utilizing Hyperion, Advanced Excel, and Power BI to develop financial models and forecasts.
• Overseeing the cash flow management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
• Managing data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Providing insightful analysis on LOSS and suggesting strategies for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address financial needs and challenges.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and changes in financial regulations, and advising the management accordingly.
• Participating in special projects as required, providing financial expertise, and ensuring the financial viability of these projects.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Senior FP&A Analyst position should possess the following qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or a professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a senior role.
• Proficiency in Hyperion, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of cash flow management, financial analysis, LOSS, and data management.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information discreetly.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
