Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related business field.
• Ten or more years of related transportation, supply chain, fleet management, purchasing, or logistics experience.
• Lead RFP processes, evaluate financial submissions, and recommend transportation solutions based on analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to perform complex functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of all 11 dedicated fleets and act as point of contact for fleet manager-routers.
• Respond to escalations from sales, customer service, operations, and vendors.
• Evaluate fleet financial performance and advise on expansion or contraction.
• Lead RFPs for expiring contracts and new fleet locations with modeling and financial review.
• Hold regular meetings to review cost, on-time delivery, and performance indicators.
• Allocate vehicle expenses monthly and report to Accounts Payable and Finance.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
