Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing Analytics & BI to lead top-level analysis, budgeting, and ad-hoc reporting. You’ll partner with division leaders to translate data into actionable insights and drive performance improvements.

You will build BI dashboards, work with SQL, and collaborate with the Operational Center of Excellence to advance enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar Finance/Accounting/Analytical role.
• 2+ years of experience with manufacturing and cost accounting.
• Experience with data mining, building intricate queries and reports, and planning applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, SysPro, Sage).
• Experience with cloud-based consolidation systems and reports (Oracle EPM).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Travel – up to 20%.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with operational excellence, lean manufacturing, or productivity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Data Systems, Process Improvement & Standardization: automate data prep and recurring reporting with validated metrics.
• Build and enhance BI dashboards (Tableau) and datasets (SQL tables) for financial reporting and planning.
• Collaborate with IT to develop SQL queries, tables, and views in cloud platforms for reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for decision making.
• Support enterprise-wide process improvements within the organization.
