Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team in a hybrid role based at our Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and consolidation, with responsibilities to improve processes and develop tools for better decision making.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Finance, Business or Accounting.
• 0+ years of financial management and analytical experience.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business information clearly to peers and executives.
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Oracle EPM Planning experience preferred; HFM (on-premise or cloud) experience.
• SAP or similar ERP knowledge an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting tasks including the monthly performance book and review of business performance.
• Provide financial and strategic support to executive management including financial presentations and capital expenditure analysis.
• Assist with annual budget and strategic plan reporting with function leads.
• Develop and enhance tools to support better decision making using Oracle EPM and data warehouse.

Job Summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. The individual will be a key contributor to the forecasting, budgeting, and reporting and consolidation process. Responsibilities include examining and improving processes, understanding, and developing systems/tools, reporting and variance analysis, as well as managing and maintaining departmental, function and project budgets.

This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting tasks including creating the monthly performance book, review of business performance, tracking strategic projects and initiatives
• Contribute financial and strategic support to executive senior management including financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, working capital trends, and other ad-hoc projects
• Contribute to our annual budget & strategic plan reporting, partner with function leads on their budget, analyze and review data of the business, assist on presentation for senior management
• Enhance and/or develop tools to support better decision making across the company, leveraging the Oracle EPM system and the data warehouse
• Ad hoc business analysis to turn data into insights across functions. Perform financial analysis and modeling to identify trends, recommend improvements and identify growth opportunities
• Work collaboratively across finance to define and implement best practices and drive consistency across the organization

Job Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
• 0+ years of financial management and analytical experience, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Broad business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business information clearly and concisely to peers and the executive level
• Self-starter, highly motivated with the demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Drive Results - Consistently achieving objectives, even under tough circumstances, pushing self and others to accomplish goals
• Oracle EPM Planning experience preferred; HFM (on-premise or cloud) experience
