CI TECH GROUP is seeking a Financial Analyst to support FAA PMO programs from Burke, VA. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting under senior staff guidance, with potential future opportunities as FAA contracts evolve.

The position requires a Finance-related degree and 0–3 years of experience, plus strong Excel and data analysis skills. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust are required. Remote or hybrid options may be explored as contracts allow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field is required.
• 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and execution tracking for federal PMO programs.
• Support development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and cost analyses.
• Help prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for program leadership.
• Track obligations, expenditures, and funding adjustments across multiple accounts.
• Assist in budget formulation and justification documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal financial management policies and agency guidelines.
• Coordinate with program and technical teams to align budgets with program objectives.
